ORIX New Zealand has been providing innovative Fleet Management and Leasing solutions to NZ businesses for over 30 years.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing customer service excellence to both internal and external customers and our suppliers;
- Providing administrative support to the Sales team including quoting, customer queries and database management
- Problem resolution ensuring great outcomes for our customers
- Inbound call management - efficient and effective call handling and communication
- Workflow Management - knowing your workflows and ensuring effective handling of priorities and tasks
You will have:
- 2 + years' experience in customer service or administrative roles within a service-oriented industry;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and clarity;
- A strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when performing administrative and sales support tasks, including database management. Demonstrate a high-performance work ethic and individual contribution to ORIX NZ;
- Competent in using computer software such as CRM Systems (Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes;
- Continued desire to understand the automotive and fleet industry, and ORIX NZ’s service offerings to better support and engage with customers;
- A team player who can function accordingly in an ever-changing marketplace.
This role is customer-focused, so to succeed you will possess excellent interpersonal skills as well as strong attention to detail and efficient time management skills.
