The key responsibilities of this role include:

• Providing customer service excellence to both internal and external customers and our suppliers;
• Providing administrative support to the Sales team including quoting, customer queries and database management
• Problem resolution ensuring great outcomes for our customers
• Inbound call management - efficient and effective call handling and communication
• Workflow Management - knowing your workflows and ensuring effective handling of priorities and tasks

You will have:

• 2 + years' experience in customer service or administrative roles within a service-oriented industry;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and clarity;
• A strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when performing administrative and sales support tasks, including database management.  Demonstrate a high-performance work ethic and individual contribution to ORIX NZ;
• Competent in using computer software such as CRM Systems (Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes;
• Continued desire to understand the automotive and fleet industry, and ORIX NZ’s service offerings to better support and engage with customers;
• A team player who can function accordingly in an ever-changing marketplace.
