Some daily tasks include answering the phones and emails, greeting customers, discussing and recording customer needs, estimating and invoicing jobs, booking customers in, taking payments, and other related tasks. (Training will be given for all these tasks).

Automotive knowledge is an advantage (but not essential), along with a strong work ethic and the desire to go the extra mile.

As you are dealing with estimates and invoices, you will need strong computer, math and English writing skills.

We are looking for someone who we can trust to interact with customers and make a great impression so customers return for repeat business, and make great decisions on a day to day basis to help the workflow for the mechanics.
