We are currently looking for enthusiastic, reliable and sport-loving individuals to join our Football competition venue management team.
This is a great opportunity to either gain an entry into the sports industry or for someone who loves sport and wants to supplement their earnings with a part-time role.
Your role as Competition Venue Manager will involve:
- Ensuring that all aspects of your allocated competition go smoothly
- Creating relationships with players and teams
- Creating a good enjoyable atmosphere at the venue
- Managing and providing feedback to Match Officials
- Dealing with conflict in a calm and professional manner
- Delivering & reporting all aspects of the competition in a professional manner
Full training and on-going support will be provided and all in all, we are looking for someone that is professional, organized, reliable and enjoys being involved in the sports environment.
Further considerations are as follows:
- The role is casual with anything from 1 – 3 afternoon and evenings (from 2pm) per week (5 – 15 x hours per week)
- Experience in sport or events is preferred, but not compulsory
- You will need to have access to a reliable vehicle
- A first aid qualification is preferred
