We are looking for Christmas Casual Go Kart Receptionist to join our team!

We’re looking for energetic, responsible, and outgoing team members to help deliver epic experiences for our guests over the busy Christmas and summer holidays. If you’ve got a positive attitude, love working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment , this could be your perfect gig!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Welcoming guests, managing check-ins, and assisting with bookings
• Conducting safety briefings, fitting helmets, and assigning kart numbers
• Starting and stopping races, keeping sessions running smoothly and on time
• Providing exceptional customer service to ensure every guest has a great experience
• Assisting with kart charging and preparing races between sessions

What We’re Looking For:

• High energy and a friendly, professional attitude — you’re the first face guests see!
• Reliable and responsible, with strong attention to detail and timing
• Excellent communication and customer service skills (experience in hospitality or attractions is a bonus)
• A reliable way to get to and from work (driver’s licence preferred)

To be considered for this role, you’ll need to have excellent availability throughout the festive season - from November 2025 to 31 January 2026 -including weekends, evenings, and key public holidays such as Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.

This is a fixed-term role for the busy holiday period, but we love keeping great people on the team - so for the right person, there may be opportunities for ongoing work into 2026.
