I run the notyouraveragemath brand, and demand has hugely increased this year, so I need help to support the studentsthat have been referred to me! My strengths are in maths, chem and bio, and supporting ākonga who really struggle with learning, but I personally find Physics challenging to teach, so I'm looking to bring on someone who's experience is in that area and can complement my work.

I hold to the human rights model of disability, that trans people are valid, and I use adapted CBT techniques with my students, as the majority of them come to me with very high learning anxiety.

Tutor/s who work under my brand also need to hold to the same or similar values, and can approach learning with creativity, and a sense of playfulness.
Tutor/s will also need to be able to support students' learning disability/ies but also to see the student as a whole being, who will be able to achieve with the right support.

Knowledge of the NZC and new NCEA standards or ability to upskill is required.
