The Role

We’re looking for a motivated Kitchen Hand / Semi-Chef to join our team. This is a hands-on role involving food prep, assisting the chef during service, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring safe food handling practices at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and basic cooking tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
• Follow Food Control Plan and safe food handling standards
• Help with dishwashing and equipment clean-down at end of shift
• Support the chef during busy service hours
• Receive and store deliveries correctly

Requirements

• Previous experience in a fast food outlet or restaurant kitchen is preferred
• Understanding of basic food handling and safety practices
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends
