d you apply for an Unemployment Benefit Student Hardship (UBSH) from the Ministry of Social Development (MSD) and MSD request that we provide your SJS enrolment details (your personal information) in order to check your eligibility to receive the unemployment benefit;
e we believe that the use or disclosure is reasonably necessary to assist a law enforcement agency or an agency responsible for national security in the performance of their functions;
f we believe that the use or disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce any legal rights we may have, or is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property and safety of you, us, or others; or
g we are required or permitted by law to disclose the information.
6 Storage of personal information
All personal information collected on this website is collected and stored on a secure SJS server located at Plunket House, 126 Lambton Quay, Wellington, New Zealand.
