SJS will be widely recognised by government, businesses, TEI's, communities and students for proactively creating unquestionable value and for helping New Zealand grow.
(We want to improve the lives of all New Zealanders by supporting tertiary students to develop the skill and will to drive New Zealand's economic, political and social prosperity).

Our Mission
Our mission is to help NZ grow by:
1. Enabling current and intending tertiary students to earn sufficient income through the academic year and or during holiday breaks to be the best that they can be at their chosen course of study; and
2. Improving domestic employment prospects for graduates;
3. Supporting communities, businesses and New Zealand to remain vibrant and grow.

Our Goals
Our Primary goals between now and 30 June 2015 are to:
1. Maximise student earnings;
2. Increase the percentage of tertiary students graduating with relevant work experience and valuable employer references;
3. Maintain at least 85% customer and employer satisfaction.
